Refund Policy

Digital goods. Purchases unlock instantly-delivered digital artifacts (HD cards, AI portraits, video invites and reels), so we can't offer refunds once artifacts have been generated and downloaded.

We will refund in full if: a technical fault on our side prevents generation, or you were charged more than once for the same kit.

Unhappy with an AI portrait? Each style includes a free regeneration. If results are still unusable, write to us within 7 days — we review case by case and err on the side of the customer.

How to request. Email invitebanao@gmail.com with your kit ID (shown on your kit page). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
